Meet Kelly
Hi, I'm Kelly and I am a passionate and professionally accredited Leadership Coach who supports a wide range of ambitious CFOs, FD’s and Heads of finance to thrive, maximise their leadership potential and advance their career.
For 15 years, I led a very successful career at Deloitte, specialising in the Investment Management and Private Equity sector. As an experienced Director, and recognised leader, I led my own division which saw substantial growth over a short period of time.
If you're looking for a coach who will constructively challenge you, will help you identify behaviours that don’t serve you well and who has practical frameworks to help you self-manage as a leader, then I am the coach for you.
I am accredited with the International Coaching Federation and I have coached individuals and teams both informally and formally throughout my 15-year professional career.
I began Leadership Coaching because I am driven to help others maximise their potential. I believe we all have unique talent and purpose in life, my job is to help you discover, develop and hone that talent for maximum impact.

Throughout my career, I engaged with CFOs, finance partners and finance leaders on a daily basis. I speak your language and I understand your business challenges, which puts me in the best position to support you.
Business Focused
Having been an auditor who signed financial statements, I understand what drives numbers and performance, and what leaders can do to improve their business, both financially and operationally. I have a commercial mindset.
Practical
Talking can be productive, but actions matter because actions get results. I have a practical approach and can share tools, frameworks and strategies to make things happen.
My approach
My approach is such that I focus on the person, rather than the problem, so that leaders and teams develop the mindset, skills and capabilities to flourish and thrive and my support is no longer needed. My clients value my direct approach and “ruthless clarity” as well as ability to cultivate self-awareness and inspire action which allows them to create long lasting, impactful change. I focus on tangible outcomes that get results.
I will never tell you what to do. When it comes to you and your organisation, you’re the expert. Instead, I offer a creative space where you can develop your own solutions. I will do this by:
